1. About sussa
sussa is a personal-finance app and web service operated by sussa Tecnologia LTDA, a company registered in Brazil ("we", "us").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sussa across all platforms. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Account and registration
To use authenticated features you must create an account with a valid email. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts created by minors without parental consent will be terminated.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
sussa offers a free plan and a paid premium plan. Premium is billed monthly or yearly, as chosen at checkout.
Web payments are processed by Asaas. Mobile payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), depending on your platform.
You may cancel at any time. Premium access remains available through the end of the period already paid.
4. User conduct
You agree not to use sussa for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or in ways that infringe third-party rights. Reverse engineering, circumvention of security controls, and unauthorized automated API use are prohibited.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
All sussa content, branding, design, and code is owned by sussa Tecnologia LTDA. The financial data you record remains yours — you may export or delete it at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
sussa is a personal-finance organization tool. We are not a financial institution and do not provide credit, investment products, or regulated financial advice.
The numbers, projections, and insights shown are computed from the data you enter and should be used as reference, not as financial advice. All financial decisions are your sole responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sussa's liability is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months of subscription.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and inside the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new version.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the city where sussa Tecnologia LTDA is headquartered have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
