sussa is yours. deleting your account is simple, immediate, and free. two paths below: in-app (fastest) and email (if you no longer have access).

fastest path

from the app (recommended)

    open the sussa app and sign in.

  2. 2

    tap the "profile" tab.

  3. 3

    scroll to the bottom and tap "delete my account".

  4. 4

    read what will be removed and confirm twice — the second confirmation is the irreversible one.

  5. 5

    done. your account is deleted immediately and you're signed out.

no access to the app?

request deletion by email

email support@tosussa.com.br from the same address registered on your account, with the subject "delete my account". we'll verify identity and process within 7 business days.
